Creu de can Mateu Soler

In 1907 the owner of the Mateu Soler house found a niche in the wall while carrying out renovation work and commissioned Joan Gelabert - a blacksmith - to make a cross, which he placed inside it. The cross is neo-Gothic, with the date 1922. It has a metal Christ. Neo-Gothic, at the end of the 19th century, wanted to recover medieval Gothic art.

In the eighties of the 20th century, the UE Poblense had its headquarters and an open bar.

they have a party / they have fun / without harm.
