A building that has been greatly altered by its successive renovations, but it conserves remains of the original building. Between 1912 and 1923 it was the residence of Vicar Parera, founder of the magazine sa Marjal, of the Monte de piedad "un solo corazón". Vicar of the parish of sa Pobla from 1890 to 1928. Joan Parera i Sansó, son of Joan and Francesca, was born in Manacor on 5th May 1865 and died in sa Pobla on 20th January 1928. The family of the village doctor and politician Bartomeu Siquier i Serra lived there in the 20th century.
