Manor house of the Siquier family. Pere Siquier i Pizà was mayor of Sa Pobla in 1915, and Joan Siquier, for many years, was a renowned organist of the parish church of Sa Pobla. A family of owners of rustic estates, such as the Rafal estate located between Sa Pobla and Búger. The house, with its entrance on Carrer de l'Asalto and doorway on Carrer de l'Escola, dated 1820, was acquired by the Town Council of Sa Pobla and, after a reform, was inaugurated as a municipal public service (library, radio, ...) on the 1st of October 2010. The courtyard of this house today corresponds to the square of Alexandre Ballester.

Already in 1931, shortly after the opening of the Escola Graduada, the school problem already present and that would mark the following decades becomes evident. The schools were insufficient, especially when it came to girls. They did not stop talking about it until 1958, when Vialfàs opened its classrooms. Vialfàs 1958-2008.
