Torre de s’Aigua

Tower regulating the pressure of the drinking water network, built in sandstone in 1935. Standing 25 metres high, it was erected next to a 25-metre deep well, drilled by hand. The report and plans for the construction of the tower are signed by the architect Francesc Casas. The square ground plan of both the tower and the reservoir, and the classicist ornamental elements, are intended to mask the use of the building. It was restored in 1997.
