Traditional Mallorcan style house, with a large façade. In the centre we can see the main doorway, with a lintel, above which we can see an inscription with a C and the date 1680. Throughout the 20th century, the Neca family has been linked to medicine and the world of midwifery. They are also related to the trade of sa Marjal products.

On 30th April 1794, the village doctor Cabanellas was appointed general doctor of the Roussillon army, which was fighting against the French. That war ended with the Peace of Basel.
