Cas Sastre Barrera

Regionalist building built by Antoni Barrera, who was the owner in 1935. The shop windows stand out. The building has three storeys with balconies with stone balustrades and a tower with a large wooden eave, characteristic of the period.

It must be said that the main role of the woman was that of wife and mother, and this already begins to be learnt at home and continued at school. Thus, the organisation of the school represented the microcosm that reflected the division of the sexes in our society in Sa Pobla.
