Cas metge Corró

Old house of traditional typology in sa Pobla. Until well into the 19th century it was owned by the Marquis of La Bastida. Pere Antoni Serra, known as the Mayordomo de s'Albufera, for having worked with the Englishmen of the New Mallorca Land Company, acquired it at the end of the same century. From then on, it became the ancestral home of the Rodillo family. The house is two storeys high, with a lintel doorway, between two balcony windows; on the first floor, there are three windows with sills. A descendant of the lineage was a doctor in the village with a well-recognised and remembered career.
