Cases des carrer Molí

Set of two listed dwellings, with ground floor and first floor. They stand out for the decoration of their façade. The façade, painted white, is decorated in the form of arches surrounding the openings on the ground floor and the ground floor. In the 20th century, in the house at number 8, there was a barber's shop belonging to the footballer Urrea, and at number 6 there was the Seguí driving school.

Local authors. History and literature:
We know that, from 1886 onwards, in sa Pobla we have Fira (traditional fair) on the last two Sundays of November and that every Sunday there would be a market. Before, we used to have a market on Fridays, and on Saturdays the Firó (second day of the fair). The tradition of markets and fairs probably goes back a long way. In 1351 we already had Guillem Seguí who acted as "mostassaf" and took care of controlling the measurements and the scales.
